I would like just to send my Thanks to your Company in my pursuit of an Insurance quote after a Drink Driving conviction.
A Special mention in my dealings with Amanda Drake , she was very polite , very friendly didn’t make me feel guilty due to my previous conviction. I was taking aback by other so called ” Professional Insurance Co.’s ”  whom I found to be very cold , just wanted to deal with facts – didn’t bother to make me feel welcome as a potential customer and basically treated me as a second class citizen.

My Conviction was for a morning after issue , which was my own fault, totally embarrassing and has cost me personally and financially.

Amanda totally understood and convinced me that you & your Co. deal with these issues all the time , no need for embarrassment, listened to my story and made me feel very comfortable and reassured me that she would do her best to help me with my quote as I have got a great job , good pay BUT need transport ASAP.

Amanda has consistently for 2 weeks contacted me , left messages on my phone and kept me informed all the time as I work 12 hrs shifts Days & Nights & Weekends  – and it is difficult to make contact sometimes.

I have now received my quote and am very happy with your price compared to other so called ” Professional Co.’s ”
